Warehouse Production Associate (Large Format)

Job Summary
Pack and seal printing products in assign boxes, load materials into processing equipment, and measure, weight, and count items while reading shipping labels. Operate large format equipment across printing, cutting, fabrication, and shipping; check orders using the company database, and perform color and image quality tests. Communicate equipment and material problems with management and vendors, report workplace hazards immediately, and maintain a clean, orderly workspace stocked with boxes and packing paper. Perform scheduled maintenance and follow safety guidelines while meeting quality standards and deadlines. Shift is 3rd; physical requirements include standing/walking 75% of shift and lifting up to 50 lb 50% of shift.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and with team members
- Strong customer service mindset and pride in quality work
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jack)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Comfortable using computers and related systems
- Adaptable and eager to learn new processes
- Strong time management in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Reliable and takes initiative when needed
- Physically capable of working in a production environment
- Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn machine setup and maintenance
- Standing/Walking (at least 75% of shift)
- Lifting/Pushing/Pulling up to 50 lb. (at least 50% of shift)
- Bending/Twisting/Squatting (at least 50% of shift)
