Job Summary
Retrieve, move, and stack merchandise using material handling equipment excluding forklifts. Pick and pack orders throughout the warehouse, preparing shipments by pulling materials, performing light assembly, and staging product for outbound trucks. Label, sort, wrap, and repack orders while documenting inventory on a computer-based WMS system. Efficiently unload inbound shipments and remove trash to maintain a clean environment following the FIDELITONE Standardized 5S Program. Perform other duties as assigned with emphasis on safety and attention to detail.

- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and speak English.
- Must have the ability to follow directions with emphasis on safety.
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly with great attention to detail.
- Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within specific timeframe given.
- Ability to adapt to change in the workplace and shift priorities easily.
Desired Qualifications
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within warehouse industry.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems a plus.
- High school diploma or its equivalent and 6 months-1 year of related experience are preferred.
