Job Summary
Coordinate warehouse, packaging, inventory, and shipping activities to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. Create and manage packaging work orders, process customer orders, and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and FIFO practices. Troubleshoot packaging equipment and coordinate repairs with maintenance to minimize operational disruptions. Promote a safety-first culture through inspections, incident investigations, and compliance with site procedures. Supervise Warehouse Coordinators and contractors, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback. Monitor warehouse performance metrics, prepare operational reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years' of warehouse/materials experience in chemical or manufacturing industry
- Minimum 3 years supervising warehouse operations
- Experience with warehouse management and inventory control systems
- Valid driver's license
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
