Warehouse Product Administrator

Job Summary
Validate and maintain warehouse product data by resolving system discrepancies, addressing data quality issues, and managing vendor noncompliance. Collaborate with Inventory Quality Control to reconcile differences between system records and physical deliveries, prioritizing validation against actual inventory. Address order errors using reporting tools and lead data collection projects during mergers and acquisitions. Provide on-site support for product data solutions within the warehouse environment. Requires an associate's degree, 1–2 years of supply chain and product data management experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hybrid setting.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in related field
- 1 – 2 years of supply chain experience
- 1 – 2 years of product data management experience
- Strong passion for data integrity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Capable of leading and prioritizing multiple projects
