Job Summary
Oversee procurement operations and manage warehouse inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality. Optimize supply chain processes for seamless operations while working closely with chefs, restaurant managers, and suppliers to meet operational needs. Ensure compliance with industry standards and sustainability practices. Requires 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or warehouse management (preferably in hospitality), OSHA certification, and strong negotiation skills. Handles high-pressure environments with a problem-solving mindset.
