Warehouse Processing Team Member - Dollywood Theme Park - Full Time Seasonal

Job Summary
Process all merchandise product by receiving, price ticketing, processing paperwork, and conducting inventory audits. Match packing slips and transfer documents with orders to verify counts, communicating discrepancies immediately. Maintain facility upkeep and support the delivery team with pickups and deliveries as needed. Safely operate pallet jacks and dollies while adhering to all safety guidelines and reporting issues to supervisors. Represent the company professionally to guests, vendors, and suppliers while protecting guest and coworker privacy. Perform duties in varying weather conditions, including extreme cold and heat, with flexibility for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High School diploma or the equivalent
- Previous warehouse work experience
- Computer experience operating Microsoft Office Programs, running reports and inventory systems
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of auto liability insurance
- Acceptable motor vehicle driving record
- Must be able to safely operate pallet jack, dolly and other tools within Dollywood safety guidelines
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined
- Must be able to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis
- Must maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information
- Must be able to safely operate company vehicles according to company policy
- Must be able to climb a 6ft ladder
- Able to tolerate detergents and chemicals
- Able to tolerate a fast-paced environment
- Able to be flexible to handle frequent changes in priorities
- Able to move about and react quickly in emergency situations
- Able to tolerate a fast-paced environment
- Able to tolerate extreme cold and heat
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to perform intermittent to prolonged sitting, standing and/or walking for duration of shift, up to 13 hours
- Able to have manual dexterity necessary to complete all job duties
- Able to comprehend instructions and retain information
- Able to maintain dependable work attendance and flexibility with assigned work schedules including any required overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to safely operate company vehicles according to company policy
