The Warehouse Picking Supervisor role involves leading a direct report team of 7-10 in a fast-paced distribution environment, focusing on accurate and timely order picking, mentoring, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications
- Excellent organizational, time management and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up on completion of tasks and daily goals.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and/or environment.
- Open-minded, with tact to understand and accept performance feedback, as well as deliver direct and constructive feedback to direct reports.
- Prior experience with following production schedules (or scheduling rules) for operations.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred prior experience working in a high-performance team setting.
- Previous experience in Warehousing/Distribution preferred.
- Strong leadership, training, and coaching skills preferred.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs preferred.
