Job Summary
Use tablets and scanners to locate and accurately pick products throughout the warehouse, verifying quantities before staging items for efficient order movement. Safely operate powered stock chasers and pallet jacks while maintaining a clean, organized environment. Work alongside teammates to improve picking accuracy and efficiency, transitioning to a performance-based compensation plan after five weeks of training. This onsite role in Wentzville, MO, supports etrailer's neighbor experience through hands-on fulfillment work in a climate-controlled setting.
