Job Summary
Warehouse Pickers are responsible for accurately picking products using a voice automated headset and electric pallet jack in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include picking orders efficiently, maintaining a minimum standard of 180 cases per hour, hand stacking cases, shrink wrapping customer orders, and adhering to safety procedures. Candidates should have technology skills for working with RF units, display strong analytical abilities, and be capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy products.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend and reach overhead
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to work in multi-temperature environments
- Ability to move products weighing up to 165 lbs
- Repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs overhead)
- Bending, pulling/pushing up to 340 pounds on a two-wheeler
