Job Summary
Pick and pack orders based on customer requests and shipping schedules, verifying item accuracy against order lists to ensure completeness. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely while maintaining a clean, organized work area. Assist with inventory management by reporting discrepancies or low stock levels and collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Good physical stamina, as the role requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring items accurately
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping role preferred
- Standup Forklift
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team setting
