Job Summary
As a Warehouse Picker in Montreal, you will pick customer or production orders using RF scanners or pick lists, verify product codes and quantities, prepare orders for shipping (including labeling and palletizing or distribution to production), and assist with inventory counts and receiving/shipping tasks. You’ll work in a fast-paced warehouse, maintain a safe work area, report discrepancies, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily targets. Key skills include RF scanner use, basic SAP/WMS familiarity, attention to detail, physical aptitude for lifting 25–40 lbs, and strong teamwork and communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous warehouse or order-picking experience an asset
- Basic computer or RF scanner skills; SAP or a WMS experience considered an asset
- Ability to lift 25–40 lbs regularly
- Ability to work standing, walking, and bending for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
- Forklift experience and certification an asset.
