Job Summary
Supervise warehouse associates and support staff while managing workforce planning, employee scheduling, labor utilization, and performance metrics. Coordinate scheduling, oversee training initiatives, and assist with hiring decisions to align staffing levels with business demands. Monitor attendance and overtime, collaborate with operations and logistics teams, and partner with safety leadership to ensure OSHA compliance and foster a culture of accountability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of warehouse supervision, warehouse leadership, or personnel management experience
- Knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, staffing, and employee relations
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
- Must successfully pass a drug and alcohol test
- Must successfully pass a functional ability test if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in beverage distribution, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, consumer goods, or wholesale distribution
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
