Job Summary
Receive, ship, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within Transcat establishments. Execute error-free warehouse operations including picking items from warehouse locations, staging orders for boxing, and verifying quantities against pick lists. Pack items using the boxing verification system, affix labels, and stage boxes based on shipping methods and destinations. Run through shipping processes by verifying labels, printing shipping labels, and creating customs paperwork for specific shipments. Manage receiving by identifying inbound packages, checking for damage, verifying contents, and processing receipts in A+. Perform inventory tasks such as daily cycle counts, annual physical inventory, stock rotations, and warehouse transfers. Maintain equipment safety, keep the department organized, and report discrepancies to the team leader or manager.

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation

- Proven computer skills
- Ability to use a forklift, pallet jack and complete required training
- 3+ years driving experience with a valid driver's license and acceptable driver history
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2 or more years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus
