Job Summary
Expedites the flow of materials and parts within or between departments to meet production schedules and customer commitments. Responsibilities include kitting parts for assembly, loading/unloading materials with a forklift, reading blueprints and work orders, tracking jobs in the SAP system, packaging for shipment, and assisting shipping/receiving. Requires adherence to ISO and OSHA standards, safe operation of equipment, and effective collaboration with multiple departments to maintain inventory accuracy and timely delivery. Strong math, basic computer skills, and ability to work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50-60 lbs
- read blueprints/drawings/work orders
- Basic math and computer skills
- read and interpret blueprints
- 3+ years of experience preferred (manufacturing warehouse)
- Forklift operator certification (preferred)
- ERP/MRP systems familiarity (SAP) (preferred)
