Warehouse/Parts Counterperson

Job Summary
Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, including receiving and stocking freight, inventory control, and communicating with staff and customers. Read and interpret parts catalog for accurate part lookup, provide price quotes, verify shop estimates against pricing, and ensure correct parts are ordered. Maintain stock through pull/fill orders and weekly bin checks; identify out-of-stock parts and submit emergency orders as needed. Process payments and obtain credit authorization, ensure internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders, and deliver high-level service to internal and external customers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior auto parts sales experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
