Warehouse Parts Coordinator

Job Summary

Ensure all materials for planned maintenance work orders are available, picked, kitted, and staged in advance of execution dates. Validate SAP reservations, confirm material readiness aligns with schedules, and initiate stock replenishment or approved substitutions for identified shortages. Monitor critical materials, communicate risks to Maintenance Planners, and maintain accurate inventory transactions within SAP S4/Hana. Develop the Materials Availability Report, analyze MRP outputs, and present readiness status in Pre-Commit and Commitment meetings. Coordinate material flow between warehouse and underground storage, verify parts kit completeness, and manage return of unused materials. Operate on a 7/7 rotation schedule in a camp environment with flights provided.

Required Qualifications

  • High-school graduation with related post-secondary training
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of shipping and warehouse procedures and regulations
  • Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Certificate
  • Knowledge of mining equipment and parts
  • Advanced user in SAP S4/Hana ERP materials management
  • Ability to operate forklifts or other equipment as required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Good leadership skills
