Job Summary
Manage warehouse parts flow by inspecting incoming items for damage, unloading, sorting, and storing inventory, and operating forklifts and lift-gate trucks. Pick up and deliver parts to mechanics, order supplies using manuals and supplier calls, issue materials, and process warranty claims with shipping documents. Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist with parts invoicing. Requires a valid driver's license, forklift certification, and 2 years of warehousing experience. Availability includes overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehousing and parts ordering for automotive, motorcoach, minibus, or heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving history
- Computer literacy with the ability to use inventory, ordering, and vehicle service software
- Ability to read schematics, drawings, and parts manuals
- Ability to operate a forklift and obtain certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel
