Job Summary
Assist customers and teammates in a fast-paced Lowe's store environment as a Receiver/Stocker. Responsibilities include unloading freight, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, down-stocking, operating equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, verifying deliveries, dock prep, and ensuring safe, clean conditions. Work shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight; role emphasizes physical activity, safe lifting, and attention to detail while providing SMART customer service and teamwork. Proficiencies in handling hazardous materials, maintaining backrooms, and using store equipment (scanners, Zebra phones, balers) are expected. Additional duties may include order picking, staging delivery orders, and assisting with customer load-outs; the role supports store operations and fulfillment processes for Pro Fulfillment Stores.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement
- Preferred Qualifications 3 months Experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- 6 months Experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking
