Job Summary
Unload freight, move products to the sales floor, stock shelves, and maintain a safe, clean warehouse. Responsibilities include unloading deliveries, operating pallet jacks and forklifts, verifying deliveries, dock preps, and using warehouse equipment like Zebra scanners and balers. Maintain hazardous materials handling procedures, assist customers, provide SMART customer service, and collaborate with the team. Additional duties include picking and staging orders in the Orders App, loading delivery orders, rotating orders by date, and ensuring delivery readiness and customer satisfaction. Requires lifting up to 75 pounds and physical, fast-paced work with adherence to safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience
- 3 months Experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- 6 months Experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking
