Job Summary
Unload deliveries, handle hazardous materials safely, and organize merchandise by stocking shelves, setting up pallets, and maintaining a clean workspace. Verify freight deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts while assisting customers with product location or loading. Use scanners and Zebra phones to manage orders, stage flatbed delivery items, and rotate orders by date to ensure quality and accuracy. Pitch in as a team player to complete other assigned tasks and resolve customer order issues. Shifts are physically active and may include overnight hours based on store needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 3 months Experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- 6 months Experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking
