Job Summary
Unload freight, stock shelves, and organize merchandise by verifying deliveries, completing dock prep, and using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts. Maintain a safe, clean environment by following hazardous material procedures and housekeeping standards while assisting customers with product location or loading. Rotate orders by delivery date, resolve customer order issues, and execute Delivery Readiness best practices for Pro Fulfillment stores. Work physically active shifts including overnight hours, with occasional travel for meetings or training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 3 months Experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- 6 months Experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking
- Bilingual
