Job Summary
Receive and stock merchandise, unload freight, and organize merchandise and backrooms. Maintain a safe, clean workspace and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts. Provide customer assistance and load deliveries when needed. Perform dock readiness, verify deliveries, and use scanners and Zebra devices. Follow safety procedures for hazardous materials and adapt to varying shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight). Collaboration as a team member and willingness to support other store tasks, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and delivering good service. Additionally, this role includes responsibilities specific to Pro Fulfillment Stores such as picking and staging flatbed delivery orders, ensuring quality and safe loading, and resolving order issues to ensure customer delivery satisfaction; experience with warehouse operations and customer-focused support is valued.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- 6 months experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking
