Job Summary
Unload deliveries, handle hazardous materials safely, and organize merchandise by stocking shelves, setting up pallets, and maintaining a clean workspace. Verify freight deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts while assisting customers with product location and loading. Rotate orders by delivery date, resolve customer order issues, and communicate proactively to ensure delivery satisfaction. Work physically active shifts including mornings, evenings, or overnight based on store needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 3 months Experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- 6 months Experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking
- Bilingual
- Military
- Veteran
