Job Summary
Receiver/Stocker at Lowe's responsible for unloading freight, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace. Roles include operating equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, assisting customers, verifying deliveries, dock prep, and using the Orders App to pick and stage delivery orders. Must be able to work a part-time schedule including morning, evening, or overnight shifts; physical, fast-paced environment with emphasis on safe lifting, hazardous materials handling, and teamwork to support store operations. Key skills include forklift/power equipment operation, inventory handling, loading/unloading, accuracy in stock placement, safety compliance, customer service, and ability to work various shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement
- 3 months Experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- 6 months Experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking
