Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's helps customers find products and services, welcomes customers, answers questions, and delivers friendly service across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, Pro Services). Responsibilities include assisting customers with locating merchandise, stocking shelves, processing orders and deliveries, and cross-training in other areas to enhance service. Requires computer and retail technology use, ability to stand/sit for extended periods, and ability to lift at least 25 lbs. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology
- Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
