Job Summary
Warehouse Associate role (Evening Shift) responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products; preparing and organizing freight for outbound shipments; assisting with loading/unloading; supporting linehaul and daily shipping operations; maintaining inventory accuracy and shipment records; and promoting safety, teamwork, and customer service. Key duties include warehouse operations, inventory checks, cycle counts, maintaining clean work areas, operating pallet jacks, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks
- Forklift certification is a plus or willingness to obtain certification
- Valid driver’s license preferred (required only for operating company vehicles)
- Comfortable using basic technology and warehouse systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required
- Ability to lift, move, and handle packages throughout the shift
