Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsibilities include picking and packing orders, printing and attaching labels, inspecting products for orders, and using equipment to prepare shipments. Tasks include measuring, weighing, and counting products, operating a forklift or order picker if required, packing shipments for parcel/LTL/TL carriers, recording order information, applying shipping labels, and ensuring packing standards per DOT/IATA/IMDG. Additional duties include reporting variances, ensuring outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged, performing quality inspections per SOPs, participating in inventory/cycle counts, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting SQFI/FDA/customer needs; and performing miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervision. Required competencies cover action orientation, collaboration, decision quality, process optimization, and adaptability. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Pass Background and Drug Screen
- Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50lbs)
