Job Summary
Oversee offloading, loading, and sorting of packages; train and guide Package Handlers; monitor safety protocols (dock, conveyor, lockout/tagout); oversee handling and inspection processes to ensure accuracy and prevent damage; manage equipment maintenance requests and freight documentation; coordinate with Area and Operations Managers to support business metrics while upholding company values.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year of industry experience
- 1 year of leadership experience preferred
- Basic English language proficiency
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Regularly lift, push, pull 25-35 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. using pallet jack or gaylords
