Job Summary
Manage internal flow teams including re-binners, re-pickers, and inventory movers to ensure smooth inter-departmental handoffs. Optimize warehouse slotting strategies to reduce travel time and lead cycle count programs to improve inventory accuracy. Supervise all internal movements, including bin-to-bin transfers, pick face replenishment, and consolidation of partial pallets while enforcing 5S standards across all zones. Balance real-time replenishment requests with scheduled cycle counting tasks and adjust labor allocation dynamically. Publish inventory accuracy reports, replenishment timeliness, and idle time analysis for internal moves. Support inbound and outbound teams by ensuring inventory availability to meet SLA commitments and monitor high-velocity pick zones to prevent shrinkage.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse internal replenishment or inventory control
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a 3PL or e-commerce fulfillment center
- Familiar with WMS slotting logic
- Familiar with ABC analysis
- Familiar with zone-based replenishment strategies
- High attention to detail
- Capable of resolving inventory discrepancies quickly with root-cause analysis
