Warehouse Outbound Coordinator - UAE National Only

Coordinate outbound shipments by directing picking, packing, and staging of orders while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery. Manage customs clearance for bonded materials, generate shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, and inspect outgoing goods for damage. Supervise third-party personnel to meet output targets and service level agreements, resolving bottlenecks through pick audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks safely in adherence to warehouse safety protocols. Requires 3–5 years of warehouse experience, SAP WM module proficiency, and UAE Reach Truck/Forklift licensing.
