Job Summary
Warehouse Associate at Leslie’s Oregon Hot Tub division responsible for picking, packing, scanning, and labeling orders to ensure timely shipment; loading and unloading shipments and inspecting products for damage; receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory; performing cycle counts and assisting with resolving discrepancies; safely operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, handheld scanners); maintaining a clean, safe work environment; assisting with shipments, returns, and other warehouse tasks; collaborating with the team to meet daily goals; reporting safety concerns and equipment issues promptly; flexible shifts (3–6 hours or longer) with competitive compensation and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull inventory weighing 50+ lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer skills; experience with Warehouse Management Systems is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability; schedules may vary between 3–6 hours or longer depending on business needs
