Job Summary
Warehouse Order Selector for Pepin Distributing Company in Tampa, FL. Build loads using electric pallet jack and Warehouse Management System to ensure stores are stocked. On-site role with a 5-day schedule (Sun 9 AM–1 PM; Mon–Thu 11 AM–10 PM). Starting pay $18-$24/hour with training bonuses and potential uncapped commissions; top performers can exceed $65,000 within 1–2 years. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of electric ride-on pallet jack experience
- Prefer one (1) year of directly related warehouse experience
- Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements
- Regular and Punctual attendance per the Attendance Guidelines
- Physical Requirements: Talk, hear, and see (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus)
- Continuous standing and walking during shift
- Must be able to safely operate a pallet jack
- Continuous lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling of various packages with weights up to 100 pounds
