Job Summary
Warehouse Order Puller selects, prepares, and stages products for shipment using pick tickets, handheld scanners, or WMS; inspects products for quality and accuracy; replenishes picking areas; operates pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks (if certified); maintains organized, safe work areas; follows SOPs and safety regulations; requires heavy lifting up to 50 lbs and ability to stand/move for long periods; first shift, full-time, in Saginaw, MI with benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret order forms, invoices, and shipping labels
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand, bend, or walk for long periods
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
