Job Summary
Warehouse Order Puller responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging products for shipment using pick tickets, handheld scanners, or warehouse management systems (WMS); ensures efficient workflow, maintains organization and safety, requiring lifting up to 50lbs, ability to operate pallet jacks or forklifts if certified, and adherence to SOPs and safety protocols; must have good attendance, customer-service experience, basic computer skills, familiarity with fastener and tool supply knowledge, and strong attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret order forms, invoices, and shipping labels
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand, bend, or walk for long periods
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
