Job Summary
Order Puller Associate handles stocking incoming merchandise and fulfilling customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse. Operates stock picker, reach truck, and down forklift with full training and certifications provided. Works overnight with a shift from 8:30 pm to 7:00 am (four 10-hour days) and receives weekly pay, plus a shift premium and commuter reimbursement. Emphasizes safety, teamwork, and cross-training across departments to support same-day customer pickup for AFW customers.
Required Qualifications
- MUST BE 18 years or older
- Previous experience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers) helpful but not required
- Operate material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse
- Operate a radio frequency (RF) scanner
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions accurately
- Be an ambassador for safety in the workplace
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment
- Flexibility to work all shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check
