Job Summary
Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals, including selecting product, pulling, and packing totes while adhering to safety procedures. Scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prep work areas, or perform general cleaning duties such as sanitizing restrooms, vacuuming, sweeping floors, and removing trash inside and outside the facility. Work the 4:00pm-9:00pm Monday-Friday schedule as a Staples Supply Chain associate, earning performance-based compensation and receiving work shoes after 60 days.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications)
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
- An ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to a maximum of 70 pounds by hand
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
- An ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills

- An ability to adopt our safety procedures quickly and ensure safe work practices
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Prior warehouse or applicable experience to include, but not limited to: fast-food (utilizing headset a plus), stockroom, working with racking systems, customer service, package handling, etc.
