Job Summary
Warehouse associate (Part Time, 2nd shift) performing Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, or Custodian duties in Staples Supply Chain. Responsibilities include selecting/picking customer orders, restocking shelves, handling totes/cases, cleaning and basic maintenance, and adhering to safety procedures. Role may be moved between the four areas as needed. Requires basic arithmetic, ability to work in a warehouse with seasonal temperatures, and basic English communications. Pay is $22.00/hour with a $1.00/hour shift differential; location is La Mirada, CA. Full description notes safety emphasis, team collaboration, and overtime for full-time roles if applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Basic English language skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work assigned schedule
- Ability to understand and adhere to job requirements and safety guidelines
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
- 18 years or older
