Job Summary
Pack orders, prepare bills of lading and shipping labels, and use a forklift for gathering parts, moving orders, and loading/unloading trucks. Learn and maintain working knowledge of parts to assist in order preparation accuracy, verify stock, and provide lists to purchasing. Perform duties requiring lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and 75 pounds frequently while standing for 8-10 hours. This 1st shift role at our Fond du Lac, WI headquarters offers on-the-job training, performance-based pay, PTO, and a sign-on bonus for a growing company that designs playground equipment globally.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player
- Good verbal communication skills
- Possesses and understands dimensions
- Can work with numbers
- Able to read a tape measure
- Comfortable using hand tools and other equipment and materials as needed
- Able to follow direction and safe operating procedures
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to stand for up to 8-10 hours
- Must be available for 1st shift
- Must work at our Fond du Lac, WI headquarters
