Job Summary
Warehouse Operator responsible for accurate receiving, storing, preparing and shipping orders. duties include inbound/outbound freight handling, inventory accuracy and cycle counts, operating material handling equipment ( forklift if qualified ), ensure proper stock rotation, and maintain neat, safe work areas. Requires ability to read and perform simple math, stand/walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally; must adhere to safety standards and participate in physical inventories and order-picking processes. Knowledge of RF technologies is a plus; prior warehousing experience and a strong work ethic are valued in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of distribution and warehousing experience or comparable experience
- Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math (add, subtract, divide, multiply) and write legibly
- Must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
