Job Summary
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately to meet delivery timelines while maintaining 100% commitment to zero-harm safety behaviors. Receive and verify stock against shipping documents, book freight, and organize domestic shipments. Operate forklifts and tools safely, including basic maintenance, and keep warehouse areas organized, clean, and safe. Manage inventory using systems to support workflow improvements. Monday to Friday roster from 7:00am to 3:30pm daily with onsite parking. Valid high-risk forklift license required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years related warehouse experience
- Valid high risk forklift license (counterbalance mandatory; high-reach preferred)
- Intermediate computer skills across Outlook, Excel and Word
- Basic knowledge of hand and battery-powered tools
- Strong teamwork, customer service skills, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Monday to Friday roster
- working 7.00am to 3.30pm daily
- Onsite parking
- All uniforms and PPE provided
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle or similar inventory systems
- Familiarity with safety systems such as Shield and Workday
- Understanding of warehouse processes and layout optimization
