Job Summary
Warehouse Operator responsible for shipment, receipt, and distribution of materials in a timely and accurate manner. Duties include assisting with shipping/receiving, unloading trucks, checking in materials, storing items, processing sales orders and invoices, updating the warehouse location system, participating in cycle counting and physical inventory, preparing export documentation, maintaining shipping supplies, arranging shipping/transport, and handling vendor inventory transactions; requires ability to operate a forklift and strong teamwork and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months related experience
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong active listening skills
- Flexible, self-motivated with initiative
- Time management and organizational skills
- Computer literacy in Excel, Word, Outlook
