Warehouse operator

Job Summary
Warehouse operator manages inbound/outbound materials, uses Kanban to feed materials to production, oversees inventory in the production line’s supermarket, prevents stockouts through proactive inventory monitoring, collaborates with purchasing to ensure timely material supply, conducts regular stock checks, supports continuous improvement in warehouse operations, ensures safety and adherence to procedures; requires a high school diploma or associate degree, up to 2 years of warehouse/material handling experience, ERP and Excel proficiency, valid driver’s license, forklift experience a plus, and strong communication/teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or associate degree
- Up to 2 years of experience in warehouse or material handling roles (entry-level candidates are welcome)
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic documentation tools
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Forklift operation experience is a plus
- Prior experience in material management within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail
