Job Summary
Accurately store and ship seed inventory to customers while staging deliveries per specific requests. Lift and stack materials up to 68 lbs for extended periods, verify staged load accuracy, and ensure precise inventory reporting including counts and product locations. Maintain a clean, orderly, and organized work area by following all Quality Management System processes. Assist with forklift maintenance as needed and successfully complete forklift training to obtain an operator's certificate. Perform work activities safely while submitting timely paperwork.
Required Qualifications
- Lifting and stacking materials up to 68 lbs. for extended periods of time
- Successfully pass the forklift training and receive an operators certificate
- Excellent communications skills with positive attitude
- Attentive to detail and accuracy
- Well organized
