Job Summary
Warehouse Operator position focusing on receiving, inspecting, storing, and organizing shipments; perform pick/pack operations and prepare orders for shipment; safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment; maintain organized inventory records in warehouse management systems; conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies; ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies; collaborate with team to optimize workflow and meet productivity goals; requires knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety; suitable for individuals with 6 months to 2 years of warehouse experience and a high school diploma or GED; full-time role with a fast-paced environment and potential for overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Forklift Certification or ability to obtain certification (preferred)
- 6 months to 2 years experience in warehouse/logistics/distribution center environments
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
- Hands-on experience with inventory tracking systems, order picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures, labeling, documentation, and quality inspection
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and workplace safety protocols
- Able to lift up to 55 lbs; physically capable of standing and repetitive movements
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays
