Job Summary
Warehouse Operator responsible for forklift operations, inventory control, and outbound shipping within a regulated healthcare environment. Performs stock verification and movements in WMS/ERP, conducts cycle counts, maintains safety and quality standards, and supports inbound/outbound processes with emphasis on accuracy and patient safety. Requires 2+ years of WMS experience in a regulated industry, a high school diploma or vocational training, and availability for a 1st shift (5:00am–3:30pm) on-site role in Plymouth, MN; must reside within commuting distance and be eligible to work in the US.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a warehouse operator with WMS in medical or highly regulated business
- high school diploma or vocational education
- ability to perform physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements
- willingness to work flexible hours including potential weekends and on-call
- onsite role with in-office presence at least 3 days per week
