Job Summary
Unloads, stores, and delivers raw materials, finished product, equipment parts and other ordered materials. Moves materials using a fork truck or company vehicle. Completes receiving paperwork and makes systems entries. Samples raw materials and related items as needed. Performs warehouse housekeeping and monitors inventory levels to ensure continuous production. Creates purchase requisitions and enters receipts using procurement software. Maintains accurate inventory through regular audits and company systems. Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory policies (FDA, cGMP). Interfaces with vendors and colleagues to address supply issues. Provides documentation and training as required, and supports maintenance to minimize downtime. Requires a High School diploma or GED and two years of warehouse experience; strong attention to detail and proficiency with basic computer software and inventory systems; ability to lift up to 55 pounds; standard Monday–Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Two (2) years warehouse experience
- Able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Proficient with the use of personal computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, E-Mail, and Inventory Management Systems or Maintenance Warehouse Systems
- Ability to routinely lift up to 55 pounds and operate a fork truck
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
