Job Summary
Operate and maintain at least one process, equipment, or system following autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) standards to improve line performance. Execute all standard work processes while ensuring safety protocols and quality assurance activities are observed. Report losses within the area and equipment to support business targets for safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability. Collaborate within a diverse work environment to deliver on operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in operating machines with coaching
- Experience and knowledge in safety and quality standards for operating machines
- Reading and writing skills
- Fluency in the language of communication as appropriate to the site
- Experience and knowledge in collaborating well in a diverse work environment
- Ability to independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards
- Ability to use technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs
- Ability to execute all standard work processes on equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards
- Ability to ensure that safety processes are observed
- Ability to ensure that quality assurance activities are performed
- Ability to understand losses in their area and equipment and report them
- Desire to drive future and accelerate career
