Job Summary
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials while managing transactions in Oracle ERP. Support production by issuing raw materials per pick lists and coordinate domestic and international shipments using carriers like FedEx and UPS. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and variance investigations, ensuring non-conforming items are segregated in quarantine locations. Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts, and uphold 5S housekeeping standards. Work Monday to Thursday (7:30am–4pm) and Friday (7:30am–2pm) at Haemonetics, supporting the efficient flow of materials for blood supply and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse and shipping experience
- Experience handling domestic and international shipments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage urgencies, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on quality, compliance, and workplace safety
- Team player with a proactive and autonomous approach to work
- Monday to Thursday - 7:30am to 4pm
- Friday - 7:30am to 2pm
Desired Qualifications
- ideally within the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working with ERP systems
- Oracle experience
- Forklift licence
