Job Summary
Warehouse Operator at MAPEI responsible for pulling and preparing orders, processing inbound/outbound shipments, loading/unloading pallets, packing containers, maintaining accurate inventory and documentation, organizing materials by size/type/code, and operating various forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, cherry-pickers, clamp, reach). Ensures safety and cleanliness of the warehouse, coordinates shipments (Bills of Lading, tracking), reports discrepancies, and supports continued production/distribution goals. Role includes shift differentials on eligible shifts, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision), paid time off, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and additional employee perks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs independently; up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification is a plus
