Job Summary
Pull and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area. Process inbound and outbound shipments, verify accuracy against documents, and coordinate Bills of Lading. Load and unload pallets and containers safely, operating sit-down, stand-up, cherry-pickers, clamp, and reach forklifts. Pack shipping containers and product bags per specifications, sort materials on racks by code, and ensure accurate inventory counts. Report discrepancies or quality concerns to supervisors and maintain a clean, safe environment adhering to all protocols. This role supports MAPEI's construction chemical manufacturing and distribution goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility for overtime and shift hours
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment
- Forklift certification
